• Referred candidate must work for at least 480 hours (3 months,
  straight time) with satisfactory performance
• Referred candidate cannot have worked for CTS International
  or International Experts in the past, or have been an active candidate
  (submitted, applied or contacted directly) in the past 6 months.
• Individual referring a candidate can only refer that person once in
  his/her lifetime.
• For non-active payroll employees, $250 Referral Placement Bonus
  will be paid out via a live check to address on file (Form 1099 will be
  issued to non-payroll individuals collecting over $600 in referral
  payments per fiscal year).
